Govt orders erasure of ‘State’ from JKBOSE :
The J&K organization has requested the cancellation of “State” from the name of Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education Act 1975.
The move comes over a year after the public authority of India repealed Article 370 from the Constitution of India and decreased J&K to a Union Territory.
According to the request gave by delegate secretary organization in JKBOSE, the choice to erase “State” from JK Board of School Education Act has been taken in compatibility of S.O. 3465(E) dated 15-10-2020, gave by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh issues).
The request further expresses that serious move will be made against the defaulters if there should arise an occurrence of any infringement or resistance is recognized in such manner.
